Refund Policy
6-Month Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in SS-31 therapy. If you complete 6 consecutive months of treatment as prescribed and do not experience noticeable improvements in cellular energy, mitochondrial function, physical endurance, or overall metabolic well-being, we will issue a full refund of your subscription payments.
To qualify, all of the following must be true:
- You have been an active member for a minimum of 180 days from your first shipment date
- You received and used medication consistently as prescribed, verified through your refill history (6 consecutive monthly refills)
- You have not requested cancellation or paused treatment during the 6-month period
- You submit your refund request between days 181 and 210 after your first shipment (within 30 days of completing month 6)
- You contact us at help@meds.you with your name, account email, and a brief description of your experience
Refunds apply to subscription payments only and are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of approval.
Prescription Medication Physical Returns
Per FDA regulations (CPG Sec. 460.300), prescription and compounded medications cannot be physically returned to the pharmacy or restocked once dispensed. This is a federal patient safety requirement that protects product integrity and applies to all compounded prescriptions nationwide.
This physical return restriction applies to the medication only. It does not affect your eligibility for a monetary refund under our 6-Month Satisfaction Guarantee above.

Prescription Errors and Damaged Orders
If you believe we made an error filling your prescription, or your shipment arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@meds.you. We will investigate promptly and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
