Service Area

We ship to all U.S. states except Alaska (AK), Arkansas (AR), Louisiana (LA), New Hampshire (NH), Oregon (OR), South Carolina (SC), and West Virginia (WV).

We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after prescription review and dispensing by the pharmacy.

Average delivery time is 4–12 business days. Shipping times may be affected by product availability, high order volume, or holiday schedules.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow extra transit time for delivery.

If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or telephone.

Carrier and Packaging

All orders are shipped via UPS 2-Day in discreet, trackable packaging.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

SS-31.com is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees applied to your order. Any charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Shipments

SS-31.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@meds.you. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim
